Meet the Team
Our Dedicated Optometrist,
Katie Bond, OD
For Dr. Katie Bond, treating patients is the most important and enjoyable part of her day. Nothing makes her happier than fostering and maintaining great relationships with her patients. She believes that making patients comfortable during each appointment leads to better communication and, ultimately, better overall care. With a background in treating adults, small children, and volunteering her services, Dr. Bond has worked with patients from all walks of life. Helping others isn’t just part of her practice—it’s part of who she is as a person.
Dr. Bond has spent time in Malaysia, China, and Chile serving as a volunteer optometrist through OneSight International Missions. She enjoyed bringing her expertise and compassion to underserved communities around the world. In the last year, she also volunteered as a COVID-19 vaccinator to serve people in her own community.
When Dr. Bond isn’t dedicating her time to her patients and her staff at Greeley Family Vision (voted Best of Greeley for 3 years running), she enjoys hiking, running, soccer, visiting local breweries, and spending quality time with her husband, their two daughters (born in June 2022 and April 2024), and their dog, Peanut..

Alysseh – Optician
Since 2012, Alysseh has loved helping patients see clearly and feel confident in their eyewear. Known for being easygoing, friendly, and informative, she enjoys customizing glasses to fit each person’s unique needs. Outside of work, you’ll find her playing piano and guitar, drawing with her son Kayden, camping, or coaching soccer. Her favorite motto? “You’ll never know unless you try!”
Chantel – Technician
With over 12 years of experience in eye care, Chantel first started as a receptionist in Homer, Alaska, and continued growing her skills in the field. Patients know her for her warm personality and signature “cheesy smile,” and she especially loves working with kids. Outside of the office, Chantel enjoys riding on the back of her boyfriend’s Harley, gardening, and spending time with her three dogs and eight chickens. She lives by the saying, “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.”
